Gretchen approaches therapy from an Interpersonal Psychodynamic stance, centering the client and their goals. Her approach integrates mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, and Gestalt techniques to build a collaborative, experiential, and holistic therapeutic space.
Gretchen provides room for clients to decide how much rigor or structure they want in therapy, and she can integrate homework and action plans as requested.
