Mira Farrow (she/they) Mental Health Therapist (MA, MSW, LSWAIC)

  • Mira is a mental health therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, sexuality, and trauma.
  • Mira’s practice uses an integrated psychodynamic therapy approach utilizing mindfulness and somatic awareness as well as evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Nova Rivera (he/him) Mental Health Therapist (MSW, MPH, LSWAIC)

  • Nova is available for individual talk therapy with adult clients who are seeking support and that may be experiencing symptoms related to depression, anxiety, and trauma.
  • He is experienced in utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
  • Nova is passionate about working with clients who are LGBTQ identified, healthcare workers, and people who are facing difficulties that can accompany living with chronic medical conditions and/or disability such as receiving a new medical diagnosis and processing medical trauma.
  • Nova is currently accepting new clients.

Liz Landry (she/her) Mental Health Therapist (MSW, LSWAA)

  • Liz is a mental health therapist specializing in processing religious trauma,  support in LGBTQ identity, attachment-related stressors, and grief
  • She practices using a combination of psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness. 
  • Liz is currently accepting new clients.

Gretchen Phillips (she/they) Mental Health Therapist (MA, LMHC)

  • Gretchen approaches therapy from an Interpersonal Psychodynamic stance, centering the client and their goals. Her approach integrates mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, and Gestalt techniques to build a collaborative, experiential, and holistic therapeutic space.
  • Gretchen provides room for clients to decide how much rigor or structure they want in therapy, and she can integrate homework and action plans as requested.

  • Oscar is a mental health therapist specializing in t/Trauma, gender dysphoria, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, minority stress, neurodiversity-related challenges, and existential dread.
  • He practices using Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).

  • Justus is a mental health therapist working with folks managing grief and loss, exploring identity, and navigating relationship issues.
  • Justus also has experience treating generalized and social anxiety, depression, and symptoms resulting from trauma.
  • Their approach integrates explorative Relational Psychodynamic therapy with tools from Dialectical Behavioral therapy and mindfulness.

  • Tom is a passionate mental health therapist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, stress, and trauma related conditions such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, relationship distress, and PTSD.
  • Tom practices using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a highly structured, goal oriented approach,  proven to meet goals quickly.
